TapIn is running this campaign and hosting this website on behalf of Changing the Face of Property, a collective of 12 firms within the real estate industry in the UK (Allsop, Avison Young, BNP Paribas, Carter Jonas, CBRE, Colliers, Cushman and Wakefield, JLL Technologies, Knight Frank, LSH, Newmark GE Service LLP, Savills - “our Partners”) with the goal of making the real estate industry more diverse and accessible. This site is designed for young people, roughly aged between 15-20 years old in the UK, to explore career opportunities within the real estate sector. 

2. What Data We Collect

Via our sign up form, we may collect the following data from you:

• First and second name
• Email address
• Current academic stage (optional)
• Ethnicity (optional)
• Age (optional)
• Any questions you may have about the industry 
• Consent preferences

3. Why We Collect Your Data

Should you share this data with us via our sign up form, we would collate it for for the following purpose:

• • To allow you to receive one automated email from us at noreply@yourplaceinrealestate.com 
  • Store your details on a central database within the website so we can understand who our campaign is reaching
  • Understand the diversity of our audience (ethnicity data is used anonymously)
  Your personal data is not shared with any third party.

4. Our Lawful Basis for Processing Your Data

We rely on:

• Your consent under Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR to send you communications
• Your explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) UK GDPR to process ethnicity data
